Diana Ross burst onto the national stage in the 1960s with The Supremes, which bridged the worlds of pop and soul. Along with Florence Ballard and Mary Wilson, the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988. Ms. Ross has received numerous accolades during her solo career including a special Tony Award in 1977 for her one woman show "An Evening with Diana Ross," Kennedy Center Honors in 2007, and a Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award in 2012. She was also nominated for an Academy Award for her portrayal of Billie Holliday in 1972's "Lady Sings the Blues" and is one of the few recording artists to have two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, one as a solo artist and another as a member of The Supremes. Train initially found success with the 2001 album "Drops of Jupiter" and in 2002 won two Grammy Awards for Best Rock Song and for Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist. In 2009, the group channeled their San Francisco roots and recorded "Save Me, San Francisco," which featured 2010's biggest song, "Hey Soul Sister," which hit number one on U.S. radio and in 15 countries around the world. Other hit singles include "Meet Virginia,"  "Marry Me," "Drive By," and "50 Ways To Say Goodbye."
