2 C. All-Purpose Flour
1/2 C. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 C. Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 C. Cream
