Redeeming Your W♣ Points

Four Winds Casinos has one of the most rewarding player’s clubs around. As a W♣ Member, you will be able to earn entries into drawings and promotions. You’ll also earn special bonuses, rewards and qualify for upgraded tier status. And, best of all, your W♣ card can be used at any of our locations.

The Points

The W♣ Players Club has an easy to understand point program that’s worth so much more. Every point you earn can be used at all four Four Winds locations. So earn and cash in your points where you want.

Save your points to exchange for Instant Credit/Free Slot Play and food in our restaurants at all Four Winds locations.  At Four Winds New Buffalo®, W♣ points may also be redeemed for merchandise in our retail outlets or as credit at Kids Quest®.

Here is how the point system works:

You can redeem W♣ points for as little as a dollar. W♣ points only expire after 13 months of inactivity at the casino. 

Redeem for Instant Credit at Slots:

1. Insert your W♣ Players Club card and wait for the light to turn green
2. Press the “Menu” button for access to your points
3. Enter your four-digit PIN and pres "Enter"
4. Select “Point Play” from the list of options
5. Choose the amount of points to convert into Instant Credit/Free Slot Play and press "Confirm"
6. Insert cash or ticket to cover your first wager
7. Instant Credit will refund the wager back to the game's credit meter

Redeem for Food:

Use your points to comp a meal. Simply present your W♣ Players Club card and photo I.D. to your cashier in any of our restaurants.

Redeem for Merchandise:

To redeem for merchandise at Four Winds New Buffalo, present your W♣ Players Club card and photo I.D. to the cashier at Four Winds Outfitters and The Promenade Shop when you stop to shop.

Redeem for Kids Quest at Four Winds New Buffalo:

To redeem for Kids Quest, present your W♣ card and photo I.D. at the W♣ counter and we will convert your points into a Kids Quest voucher for you.
