The Points

The W♣ Players Club has an easy to understand point program that’s worth so much more. Every point you earn can be used at all three Four Winds locations, so earn and cash in your points where you want.

Save up your points to exchange for Instant Credit/Free Slot Play and free food in our restaurants at all Four Winds locations. At Four Winds New Buffalo, W♣ points may also be redeemed for free merchandise in our retail outlets or as credit at Kids Quest® & Landau.

Here is how the point system works:

W♣ points only go inactive if you don’t play for 13 months. You keep them and you can redeem them for as little as a dollar.

The Guidelines

To become a W♣ Member there are a few simple guidelines:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to join
• Valid government issued photo I.D. is required for joining, reprinting cards, and resetting PINs
• Only one player per W♣ account and only one W♣ account per player
• Points and W♣ membership are non-transferable
• W♣ cards are the property of Four Winds Casinos and must be returned upon request
• Proper W♣ card insertion prior to play is the player’s responsibility
• Four Winds Casinos are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced cards
• W♣ cards and W♣ points may be revoked if it is determined that that player has not accumulated points in the matter intended by this program
• W♣ accounts that have been inactive for a period of 13 months may be purged from the system and any points accumulated in such accounts will be void
• Management reserves the right to change or terminate this program without prior notice
• Employees are not eligible for W♣ membership
