Kenny Rogers To Bring His Christmas And Hits Through The Years Tour To Four Winds New Buffalo On Friday, December 5

The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians' Four Winds casinos are pleased to announce an upcoming concert by music legend and American icon Kenny Rogers at Four Winds New Buffalo's Silver Creek Event Center on Friday, December 5, at 9 p.m. Eastern. The concert is part of Rogers' Christmas and Hits Through The Years Tour, which features an evening of greatest hits and holiday standards with special guest Linda Davis. Tickets for the concert can be purchased beginning on Friday, September 12 at 10 a.m. Eastern exclusively through the Ticketmaster Web site,, or by calling (800)745-3000. Grammy Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame member Kenny Rogers is known for spreading holiday cheer with his festive Christmas and Hits shows. The performances, which have become an annual holiday tradition, are the only place fans can hear Rogers' instantly identifiable sweetly raspy vocals on traditional and original holiday songs such as "White Christmas," "Joy To The World," and "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire)" alongside several of his 24 number one hits such as "The Gambler," "Lady," "Lucille," "She Believes in Me," "Islands in the Stream," and "We've Got Tonight."

Rogers has sold more than 120 million records worldwide and is the Recording Industry Association of America's (RIAA) eighth bestselling male artist of all time with one Diamond album, 19 Platinum albums and 31 Gold albums. His "Greatest Hits" album has sold over 24 million copies worldwide. He has also received hundreds of awards for his music and charity work, including three Grammys, 11 People's Choice Awards, 18 American Music Awards, eight Academy of Country Music awards, and six Country Music Association awards, including the CMA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013. A new exhibit highlighting Rogers' career, "Kenny Rogers: Through The Years," opened on August 15, 2014 at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. Four Winds New Buffalo's Silver Creek Event Center is a 1,500 seat, multi-use facility that is located next to the casino floor.
