Four Winds offers competitive starting rates of $5 an hour for tipped-positions and $12 for non-tipped positions. Because of the value we place on our employees, Four Winds offers robust benefits selections for part-time and full-time positions, along with a wide-variety of employee perks.

Training and Advancement

We believe in investing in the development and growth of our employees. Four Winds offers comprehensive training including over 30 instructor-led training classes such as Computer Training, Career Enhancement, Leadership, Supervisory and Language classes, along with Tuition Reimbursement if you are interested in furthering your education.
