Kankakee Grille is a place for friends and family to gather and enjoy rustic cuisine, wood-fired pizza and a variety of craft beers. The main dining features room for 130 guests as well as a 37 seat bar. During the beautiful Northeast Indiana seasons, guests can also enjoy soft seating on the outdoor patio.

Champagne Experience, featuring the Champagne Duo of Steve and Mary Champagne, brings a wide variety of classic pop/rock favorites from the ’60s to the ’80s, Yacht Rock, with a sprinkling of other crowd favorites, to a whole new level with rich harmonies and solid vocals. Their adaptive catalogue weaves the Beatles, Ronstadt, and Norah Jones to America. Formerly known simply as Steve and Mary E., the Champagnes have been performing together live since 2008, when they discovered that their mutual love of music was the perfect outlet for their combined decades of training and performance. The award-winning musical couple has performed in and around the Northwest Indiana – Michiana area for over 15 years.
Adding smooth jazz vocal stylings to a variety of genres, Chad Thompson enjoys an interactive crowd which often finds itself singing along to covers of Garth Brooks, Zac Brown Band, Neil Diamond & Billy Joel. Previously leading up the original country music bands The Road Home and Local Motive, he shared the stage with bands Exile, Highway 101, Ronnie McDowell & The Eli Young Band. Now playing solo acoustic venues, Chad enjoys free-forming on keyboard and guitar, and most of all, bringing people together.
“With over 30 years of experience Dan has been touring the countryside with doing his own unique blend of acoustic Americana. With deep roots in acoustic guitar and banjo, Dans music incorporates elements of various American music styles, including woodstock rock, blues , bluegrass, jamgrass, roots-rock, folk & classic country resulting in a distinctive sound that highlights a lifetime of musical experiences.
Dan recorded, performed on and produced a CD with the Art Gomperz Band that made it into the Top 10 of the European Country Music Association Charts and the song “Don’t Worry Anymore” Nominated IMA Americana Song of the Year. His original Banjo Instrumental “Courts in Session” received extensive radio play including the SIRIUS bluegrass channel and his recent CD and guitar instruction have been featured in two issues of Flatpicking Guitar Magazine.
Over the years, Dan has shared the stage with such great acts as: Leftover Salmon, String Cheese Incident, Steep Canyon Rangers, Corn Meal, Pure Prairie League, Commander Cody, Peter Rowan and the Dillards. Dan is currently involved in his solo performances as well and playing with The Boulevard Billies.”
