The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians invites you to play responsibly. If you think you have a gambling problem, call 1-800-522-4700.
To promote responsible gambling, Four Winds Casinos is committed to the prevention of the two most common gambling problems: problem gambling and underage gambling. In addition, for the safety of our guests, we closely monitor alcohol consumption and provide alcohol sensitivity training to appropriate employees and managers and require that those guests deemed to be visibly intoxicated, be removed from the Gaming Floor in an effort to prevent gaming while judgment may be impaired.
Four Winds Casinos defines problem gambling as any gambling behavior negatively impacting the lives of individuals, resulting in serious personal, financial, or legal consequences. Problem gambling may or may not reach the level of compulsive gambling disorder, i.e. gambling addiction.
The following behaviors (or combination of behaviors) may indicate that an individual has a gambling problem:
Four Winds Casinos employees are trained to recognize the signs of problem gambling and to direct our guests to the resources they made need to seek assistance.
The Pokagon Band Gaming Commission independently administers a self exclusion program for those guests who wish to exclude themselves from the Four Winds properties. Guests who voluntarily exclude themselves are prohibited from entering any Four Winds property and are subject to trespass if found violating their exclusion.
Four Winds Casinos has a strict policy against underage gambling. No person under the age of twenty-one (21) will be allowed entry into any Four Winds property until further notice.
This provides only a brief overview of the hazards associated with problem gambling. If you or someone you know needs additional help, please call one of the following Helplines, or look for our Responsible Gaming brochures located throughout the Gaming Floor at any Four Winds property.
